The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has completed a Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) for the Highway 40 Widening Study, extending from Indian Road to approximately 0.6 km north of Wellington Street in the City of Sarnia. The TESR is available for public comment from October 10 until November 8, 2026.
